Yachtbau GmbH
Supporting a comprehensive development process
As part of Yachtbau GmbH’s “People Excellence” program, I accompanied the company’s internal culture and change process over several years.
In close collaboration with the HR team, I designed and implemented targeted measures, including:
- Leadership consultations for role clarity and decision-making
- Trainings on communication, conflict resolution, time management, and self-organisation
- Workshops on lateral leadership
- Facilitated project work to integrate key topics into day-to-day operations
- Consulting on the selection of key account managers in the sales team
The outcome:
Managers gained greater clarity and confidence in their roles.
Conflicts were addressed more openly and resolved more effectively.
Core issues such as personal responsibility, priority-setting and cross-functional collaboration were brought to the surface and actively addressed — with measurable positive feedback from both employees and leadership teams.
FM Leadership Academy
Long-term partnership in leadership, culture & organisational development
Over the course of a multi-year collaboration with the FM Leadership Academy, I developed coaching, training, and consulting programs for the leadership organisation. The goal: to further evolve leadership culture and organisational alignment in line with the company’s strategic direction.
Key areas of focus included:
- Group coaching for managers, focusing on change, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
- Facilitation of cross-departmental projects and prioritisation of strategic issues
- Introduction of regular “leadership consultation hours” to reflect on current challenges
- Audits and development modules for middle management
- Trainings in areas such as communication, conflict resolution, burnout prevention, lateral leadership, time management, presentation, strategic thinking, and project management
The outcome:
The leadership team gained greater clarity in their roles and acted with more structure and focus.
Collaboration with their clients improved significantly — through clearer processes, defined responsibilities, and a shared leadership framework.
The organisational climate shifted toward greater motivation, direction, and customer focus.
