About me

I am Harald Lischkowitsch - and I find meaning in helping people see more clearly, understand each other better, and move forward together.

That wish became my profession. For over three decades, I’ve been supporting people and organisations through change - sometimes as a consultant, sometimes as a facilitator or coach, and sometimes simply as a thoughtful partner in conversation.

This path wasn’t planned. An apprenticeship, academic studies, several years in skiing and education, and time spent working abroad taught me a great deal about cultural differences. 

Later, I founded a consulting firm, then a company for security and driving services - and over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries: manufacturing, retail, healthcare, tourism, and public administration.

My roots are in Konstanz on Lake Constance.

I work with a trusted network I’ve built over many years. I travel often - and always enjoy coming home.

People describe me as calm, perceptive, and clear. And I enjoy working with those who value both the range and depth of my experience.

What keeps me going is a genuine curiosity - about new situations, different people, challenges waiting to be solved, and the potential that unfolds when we take a closer look together.
